This page covers the marketing website at scenesimulations.com. It is short because the site does very little.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your department or organization, your email address, and — if you choose to give them — your phone number and a description of what you want to train.
Along with that submission we store the page that referred you, your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way cryptographic hash of your IP address. We keep the hash rather than the address itself; it lets us rate-limit abuse without retaining a record of where you connected from.
What we do with it
We reply to you. That is the entire purpose. Submissions are stored on our own server and a notification is emailed to us through Mailgun, our email provider.
- We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.
- We do not add you to a mailing list.
- We do not send automated marketing email.
Tracking
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts, fonts, or images. Our web server keeps ordinary access logs, as every web server does.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as there is a live business conversation, and delete them when there plainly is not. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.
Getting your details removed
Email info@scenesimulations.com and ask. We will remove your record and confirm that we have.
The product is separate
Using the Emergency Scene Simulator application involves accounts, saved scenes, and training sessions, which are covered by the license agreement rather than this page.
